According to requirements, we select from among our 120 youthers, those who will be the most efficient and the most capable of taking part in a mission and leading a project to success. An injection of youthfulness
.becomingwithyouth is a young, lively, agile and project-oriented organization. For each mission, we set up a task force of several youthers, and sometimes experts, who work hand-in-hand with the client company’s employees allocated to the mission. The team is accompanied and constantly challenged by a business coach, in charge of the mission and a partner of .becomingwithyouth.
